The Equipping Center is Calvary’s Wednesday Night experience for adults. With Ephesians 4:12-13 as our guide, we offer multiple EQUIP Courses to help people develop and cultivate a Biblical worldview.  Each course has the goal to “prepare God’s people for works of service.”

“… to  equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.” Ephesians 4:12-13,

Grounded for Growth and Guiding
Facilitated by Pastor Dr. Julio Guarneri
Room S102

Description: An exploration of basic Christian doctrines from a discipleship perspective.  In a biblical, interactive and practical approach the class will lead participants to consider what they believe and why, thus providing solid ground for personal spiritual growth and for discipling others.  The methodology for the class consists of workbook assignments outside of class and discussion in class that utilizes an adaptation of the three- thirds/head-heart-hands tool.  The aim of the class is not the mastery of content but the development of the skill to draw doctrinal truth from Scripture and to apply that truth to both one’s personal life and to one’s disciple-making ministry.  This class is for those who are or wish to be disciple-makers and leaders in the church or home groups.  The primary workbook for this class is Grounded in the Faith: An Essential Guide to Knowing What You Believe and Why by Kenneth Erisman.

Coaching Disciple-Makers for Multiplication
Facilitated by Pastor Chad Mason & Pastor Paulo Gatan
Multipurpose Room
